Ordering was simple, like finding the item, adding it to the cart, picking options, all of that was fine. The checkout part just felt a bit slower than I expected, kind of like when a page takes an extra second to load, or you’re waiting for the next step, or you keep wondering if you missed something. Also, the shipping cost showed up later than I’d like, which is always a little annoying because I like knowing the full total upfront, not after I’ve already clicked through a few screens. It did go through fine in the end, and nothing was broken or confusing, but it wasn’t the smoothest checkout I’ve used.

I had to send a part back and I did get my refund in the end, so I guess it was fine. It just took longer than I thought it should, which made it feel more annoying than it probably was. Support was okay when I talked to them, not rude or anything, just kind of slow to respond. Overall it worked out, but I wish the return had moved quicker.
